Welcome to the House of Prayer Auckland New Zealand website. 

We are a young Christian Church made up of a broad cross section of ages and ethnicities meeting at 9b Binsted Road, New Lynn.

We are all agreed that our primary call is to seek for holiness and the return of Reverence to the House of God – for revival, not as a Church growth strategy, but simply because God is Holy. To hallow His Name. We believe the Church is for His Glory, not for our needs. Man is most satisfied when God is most glorified.

To see Jesus become Head of the Church through prayer and patience, until revival comes.  

We believe the Bible to be the Word of God and just as relevant to us today as it has always been. It does not have to be brought up to date to suit our ever changing society, rather we need to align ourselves with it's absolute truth.
